I’m a former Viaplay customer

Viaplay will become Premier Sports on the 10/04/2024. If you had an active subscription on Viaplay your account has been moved to Premier Sports. From 09/04/2024 you can download the app on many popular devices. You will have received an email with further instructions on how to activate the account once it’s ready. Your username will remain the same and your subscription will continue with no interruption in services.

If you have access to Viaplay channels via the Sky box, you will also get access to Viaplay’s streaming service. If you didn’t have an active subscription at Premier Sports on the 1st of November, you can just create an account on viaplay.com/gb-en/ and start a subscription.

 

What happens to my account and subscription?

If you had an active subscription on Viaplay prior to the 10/04/2024 your account is moved to Premier Sports. Your username will remain the same and you will be billed through the same method as before.

Customers who have access to Viaplay through a Sky box will keep access to the channels as before, however they will now be found under new names; Premier Sports 1 & Premier Sports 2. You will also get access to Premier Sports app with the same username. 

For both streaming and Sky customers of Premier Sports you will now have 1 page to login into and manage your account. Instructions has been sent to your email regarding this, however you can login here, any issues with logging in please try the reset password feature listed below the login section first before contacting support. How much will I pay going forward?

We have emailed further communications with regard to your current subscription now with Premier Sports.

Any changes in future to subscription prices will also be notified to customers 30 days in advance at minimum.

 

I don't wish to continue my subscription

Once you have gained access to your Premier Sports account, you can login and manage your subscription directly from your account pages here. If you cancel your subscription you will still be able to use the service until your next scheduled billing date. You can see your next billing from the account summary.

 

I had an account but no active subscription on Viaplay

If you used to be a subscriber to Viaplay, but didn’t have an active package on the 10/04/2024 your account has been moved over to Premier Sports with no active subscription. In that case you can just head over to premiersports.com/gb and start a subscription.  

 

I had requested my Viaplay subscription to be cancelled

If you requested to cancel your Viaplay subscription prior to 03/04/2024 your account will remain your account and has been moved over to Premier Sports and the services will cancel on the anniversary of your next bill date with no further payment. You can login here from 10/04/2024 which will give your all the information about your account status.
