What is the Premier Player Asia Service?
Premier Player Asia is a high quality OTT streaming service that streams up to 1080p at 50 frames per second. Our current rights include the Six Nations, Gallagher Premiership, United Rugby Championship, Super Rugby Pacific. You can watch via our dedicated Apps and also cast straight to most LG/Samsung smart TV's via your phone/tablet.

Do you support Apple Private Relay?
No we do not support the Apple Private Relay feature. To switch this off on your iOS device, please follow the steps below:
Open the Settings app
-Tap your name at the top
-Choose iCloud
-Tap Private Relay
-Tap the toggle to turn iCloud Private Relay on/of
What countries is the service available in?
Premier Player Asia is available in the following countries.
Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
You can travel within the countries we currently have rights and still view the service.
What are the payment options?
Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or Amex debit/credit cards via our payment partner Adyen. Currently there are 3 payment options.
1. Monthly pass for USD$25.99
2. 12 month pass for USD$169
Please note all options are auto-renewing. You can manage your account in the tab on the homepage at anytime.
Do you provide a subscription for commercial premises?
Yes we can supply commercial premises with the Premier Player. Please contact commercial@premiersports.com
How do I contact the service?
Please note you can manage your own account from the "My Account" link on the front page of website. If you require assistance with this please contact us at asiasupport@premiersports.com. Please include the username you use to login.
How long does it take for a programme to be available on demand?
This can take anything up to 2 hours after the live programme has ended.
Can I view on more than 2 devices at any one time?
No you have to log-out of 1 device to be able to log-in and view on a second device. If you are unable to access the original device you will have to wait 10 hours before being able to log-in on the new device.
