How much does Premier Sports cost for residential customers in the UK?

The Premier Sports Pack (Premier Sports 1 & 2) on Sky costs from only £9.99 per month.

You have 3 options to choose from:

- £9.99 per month on minimum 12 month term

- £14.99 per month with (minimum 1 month term)

- £99 upfront annual subscription (auto-renew)

Virgin TV customers can subscribe to Premier Sports from just £12.99 and get access to Premier Sports 1 & 2.

Why are some programs blocked in the UK/ROI?

Certain programs we licence are only available to view on Premier Sports in the Republic of Ireland and or Northern Ireland.

In line with the UK Television 3pm Broadcast Blackout Rule that has been in place for some 60 years, the FA, Premier League and Football League do not permit matches to be broadcast live between 2:00pm & 5:15pm on a Saturday within the United Kingdom. This rule also applies to matches from overseas leagues, for example LaLiga and others


How long will it take for me to watch the channel after I have subscribed?

The channel is normally activated within 20 minutes but can take up to 4 hours during peak times.

We therefore recommend you subscribe as early as possible before an event you want to watch to make sure you don't miss a minute of it.

To ensure there is no delay when sending your signals please ensure...

·       Your viewing card is inserted into your digital box

·       You avoid using interactive services

·       You do not remove the viewing card after signal has been sent

I want to update my payment details?

To change your payment type, login to your “My Account” portal (link here) and update your payment details from there.

 

I am a returning customer on Sky, how do I log in?

Returning customers to Premier Sports (Previously Viaplay), all you need to do is go to our subscribe page here (insert link), select Sky Platform and login using your email address already on file when prompted.

 

What if I am signed up but don’t know my login details?

Go to Manage my Account to reset your login details here (insert Hyperlink).

Note; if we do not have your email address on file or you do not know the email address you signed up with, a password reset email will not be sent. Please email support@premiersports.com  to verify your name, address and Sky viewing Card number you have active with us. Once that has been confirmed we will update your email which will allow you to login and access your account.

  

How do I cancel Premier Sports?

To cancel Premier Sports, log into your account here, click on “My Subscription”, select the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom and follow the instructions.

How do I stop the cancellation on my account?

If you want to keep Premier Sports on the Sky Platform you can do so by logging into your account here, click on “My Subscription”, select the “STOP CANCELLATION” link at the bottom and a confirmation message will appear.

What time is the telephone line open?

Opening hours are 9.30am-6pm Monday to Saturday, on 0333 003 3773 (local rate number)

On Sundays we are closed unless a major event is taking place.

You can also email us at support@premiersports.com. We aim to reply to mail within 48 hours, although this may be longer over weekends and busy periods

  

Sky Questions 

Do I need to subscribe to other Sky channels to view Premier Sports?

You do not need to subscribe to any SKY TV package or channels to receive Premier Sports, however you’ll need a SKY box and a dish. We can provide a viewing card just for our channel if you use your SKY box for free-to-air purposes.

Note; you will not be able to record using SKY+ unless you have a SKY Entertainment (Basic) subscription.

Is Premier Sports available on Sky Glass?

Currently Premier Sports is not available on Sky Glass as it is a closed platform, only carrying Sky channels or channels Sky sell directly. Sky Glass does not support Airplay so you are unable to cast our Player to it either. We would recommend you subscribe to Premier Player until Sky begins to accept third party channels on Sky Glass. 

 

How do I stop some Sky+ recordings cutting out before the end of games?

Please do one of the following to avoid missing the end of live games you record:

·       Record the program that follows to make sure you don’t miss the end.

·       Add the max 10 minutes to the record length of every program in Sky+ settings (this is not going to guarantee you will see the end but will help)

·       Record the repeat which normally airs within 12 hours as this always fits into the time slot

·       Perform a manual record - set the Planner to record a particular channel for a defined period. This can be useful for recording parts of very long broadcasts or when it's likely that a broadcast will overrun for a long period

Subscribers to Premier Sports on the Sky platform also get free access to the Premier Player where you can catch up on all live programming via VOD.

No satellite signal Message, what do I do?

Try rebooting your box and checking your cable connections - Switch off your Sky box and TV at the mains.

Next check that all the wires are firmly inserted into your Sky box and television.

After three minutes, switch your Sky box and TV back on. If you are still experiencing this issue please contact your satellite provider.

 

Can I get Premier Sports in another room? (Sky HD and Sky+ HD)

Multi-room is only available when ordering by phone (03330033773). There is no extra charge for multi-room.
