Q: I have subscribed but have yet to receive the channel.
A: The channel is normally turned on within 2-3 minutes, only if the card was in the box, and you have the box tuned to Premier Sports on channel 412. It can take longer at busy times as you go into a queue for Sky to process the activation and send the signal. Please do not change channels, view recordings or power off the box after you have confirmed payment. Please subscribe as early as possible as it can take up to 15 minutes for the signal to come through when activations are at their peak. Please do not contact us to have the signal resent until you have waited 15 minutes as quicker attempts to resend will restart the activation process.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: Your initial subscription is for 1 month and you have to give a minimum 5 working days notice to cancel the next monthly payment by calling our local rate customer support number on 0333 003 3773. We would recommend you wait and see if we are able to pick up other Aberdeeen Europa League qualifying games before cancelling.
Q: Is there any PPV option for only this game?
A: No, we are a subscription channel so can’t offer PPV options as Sky do not allow channels to change their operation model
Q: I did not get a confirmation email when I subscribed.
A: We do not send out confirmation emails. You will see a confirmation screen when you subscribe via our website.
