For all new customers, please go to Subscribe Now and set up account following the on screen instructions. To set up an account and subscribe to Premier Sports shouldn’t take more than a few minutes. Please note the email address you used to create your account as this will be your login name going forward. You will be able to manage your account from there onwards, reducing your need to call and speak to an agent.

Customers in Northern Ireland can get access to Premier Sports 1, Premier Sports 2 by subscribing to Premier Sports for £11.99 per month via Sky or the Premier Player online.

For monthly subscribers through SKY the minimum subscription period is 1 month.
You will continue to subscribe at your monthly price on a rolling basis unless you decide to cancel by providing at least 5 working days’ notice for card payments or 15 working days for direct debit, before your next payment date.
For annual subscribers please note the minimum term is for 12 months and the subscription is automatically renewed unless cancellation by phone is received at least 15 working days before the date of renewal.Virgin Media and Premier Player customers are on auto renewing 1 month contracts. Please contact them directly if you wish to cancel.
Where can I get information on Premier Sports fixtures and content?
This website hosts all forthcoming events on a timeline schedule which normally shows 2 weeks in advance or you can look under a particular sport on the top tabs. The Sky electronic programme guide can be accessed using your remote control and is also available online.
Alternatively click on your sport to access all live and 1st aired content. For events more than 2 weeks away and breaking channel development, please check out our Facebook and Twitter social media pages.

Premier Sports offer the Premier Player for those without SKY or Virgin in their homes the chance to view their favourite sports.
Now you can see 24/7 coverage of the Premier Sports channel including all our PRO14, NHL and NASCAR action.
This includes a 7 day Catch-Up service allowing you to watch any live or delayed event from the previous week.
The service is available in HD and is viewable on all major devices from iOS (Apple) to Android and PC’s.
If you are a current Premier Sports SKY subscriber then this service is available free as part of your current TV subscription.

Certain programs we licence are only available to view on Premier Sports in the Republic of Ireland and or Northern Ireland.
These are 3pm Premier League matches. In Ireland PRO14 is blocked.
This means that in the UK viewers on Virgin and SKY will recieve the message "Program Unavailable", "Coverage resumes at x time).
These blocks do not affect any Premier Sports live programming.

If you are returning to Premier Sports and have signed up using our new account management tool, all you need to do is sign in with the email address registered to your account and select what type of subscription you would like.
If you have never created an account in this way before, please follow the subscription instructions on screen, it takes no more than 3 -4 min to create and account and subscribe to our service.

If you do not know the email address you signed up with or did not previously provide one when you originally subscribed, you will need to email support@premiersports.com to verify your name, address and Sky viewing Card number you have active with us.
Once that has been confirmed we will be able to update your account with your email which will allow you to login and access your account.

At the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link, enter in your email address and follow the instructions on the email that was sent to you.
Please ensure you check your “junk/spam” folder as sometimes this type of mail may get marked as such.
Please note, if we do not have your email address on file a password reset email will not be sent by our system, you will need to email support@premiersports.com to verify your name, address and Sky viewing Card number you have active with us. Once that has been confirmed we will be able to update your account with your email which will allow you to login and access your account.

Make sure you enter the same e-mail address that Premier Sports hold on file for you. (remember you may have given it to us several years ago)
If you want to change to a newer email address you can update your details once you login. If you don’t have access to your old email address and wish to supply us with a new one please send your name, address and sky viewing card number to skyloginhelp@premiersports.com with the change of email you want us to make.
Check your spam/junk folders in case the password reset email has been delivered there by your inbox settings.
Note that certain domains may not deliver our password reset email to your inbox (i.e this can sometimes happen with certain Hotmail or Live email addresses) You may need to supply us with an alternate email address: Send a mail to skyloginhelp@premiersports.com with your name, address and sky viewing card number and an alternate email address that we can use for you.

This means either the Login email address or password has been entered incorrectly.
Please check your caps-lock and also ensure you are using the same email address that you provided to Premier Sports.

If at any point you wish to change your payment type, all you need to do is Login to your “My Account” portal (link here) and update your payment details from there.

The channel is normally activated within 20 minutes but can take up to 4 hours during peak times.
We therefore recommend you subscribe as early as possible before an event you want to watch to make sure you don't miss a minute of it.
To ensure there is no delay when sending your signals please ensure...
- Your viewing card is inserted into your digital box
- You avoid using interactive services
- You do not remove the viewing card after signal has been sent

Signals normally take 20 minutes but can take up to 4 hours at peak times. Please ensure your viewing card is fully inserted into your digital box and your viewing will be with you as soon as possible.

Try rebooting your box and checking your cable connections - Switch off your Sky box and TV at the mains.
Next check that all the wires are firmly inserted into your Sky box and television.
After three minutes, switch your Sky box and TV back on. If you are still experiencing this issue please contact your satellite provider.

Only Sky are able to control record lengths of programs when the sport is live. We are working with SKY to find a fix but currently we ask you do one of the following to avoid missing the end of live games you record.
Record the program that follows to make sure you don’t miss the end.
Add the max 10 minutes to the record length of every program in Sky+ settings (this is not going to guarantee you will see the end but will help)
Record the repeat which normally airs within 12 hours as this always fits into the time slot.
Complete a manual record by following the actions below:
Rather than record a specific programme, you can set the Planner to record a particular channel for a defined period. This can be useful for recording parts of very long broadcasts or when it's likely that a broadcast will overrun for a long period. Here's how to add a manual record to the Planner:
1. Press services on your Sky remote to highlight the Options menu.
2. Press select and you'll see the Sky+ Setup menu highlighted.
3. Press the left/right arrows to highlight Man Rec.
4. Press select to highlight the Channel Number and Channel Name items.
5. Type in the desired channel number, or press the left/right arrow buttons to cycle through the available channels.
6. Press the down arrow button to highlight Day.
7. Press the left/right arrow buttons to select the day of recording. The default option is Today. You may select to record up to six days in advance.
8. Press the down arrow button to highlight Start Time.
9. Press the number buttons to enter the start time.
10. Press the left/right arrow buttons to switch between AM and PM.
11. Press the down arrow button to highlight End Time.
12. Press the number buttons to enter the end time.
13. Press the left/right arrow buttons to switch between AM and PM.
14. Press the down arrow button to highlight Frequency.
15. Press the left/right arrow buttons to select the frequency of the recording. The default option is Once, which is for one-off recordings.
16. Press the yellow button to add the manual recording to the Planner.
When looking at the manual recording in the Planner, you will see the recording titled with the date and time. When trying to watch a manual recording in the Planner, you will be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN. This applies to all manual recordings, whatever their content. -
Yes, you don't need your phone line to be connected to subscribe. But you STILL need to put your phone number (the one Sky has listed for you) into the subscription form.

You do not need to subscribe to any SKY TV package or channels to receive Premier Sports, however the channel will only work with a SKY decoder box and a dish. We can provide a viewing card just for our channel if you use your SKY box for free-to-air purposes only. Please note other non SKY systems do not work with our channel and you will not be able to record using SKY+ unless you have a SKY Entertainment (Basic) subscription.
