These terms and conditions apply to Sky Digital Satellite Subscriptions for Premier Sports customers only. For Virgin and Premier Player terms and conditions please visit the relevant provider.
Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Premier Media Sarl, trading as Premier Sports, whose registered office is at 124 Boulevard de la Petrusse, L-2330, Luxembourg.
YOUR SUBCRIPTION CONTRACT AND BILLING CYCLE
By completing the subscription process you are entering into a contract. The minimum term of the contract is one month. After one month your contract will automatically become a rolling contract which will renew on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement date of your subscription.
You can cancel your Premier Sports subscription at any time by calling our support line on 0333 003 3773 during office hours. For direct debit and credit/debit card customers you must contact us at least 30 working days before next payment is due to avoid further payments being taken. If you cancel your subscription, access to the channel will be removed at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note, once your subscription has ended, you will no longer be able to play back any Premier Sports programmes recorded to your Sky + box.
Premier Sports current pricing for Sky platform customers is £11.99 per month for SD/HD or £120 payment upfront for a 12 month period. A £5 connection fee applies to monthly subscriptions. Your subscription payments are paid in advance for the option you have chosen in your contract. Premier Sports reserve the right to change to 3rd party billing providers at any time.
We may alter the subscription amount paid by you provided we give you written notice via letter or email at least 30 days before payment is due to be taken. Any changes to pricing will also be posted on our official website. www.premiersports.com
If we are unable to collect a payment, we will re-attempt within a minimum of 5 days. If the payment fails again you will be given notice and a period of 10 days to rectify the problem. After 10 days we will try to collect the payments again, and if it continues to fail the subscription may be cancelled and the access to the channel removed.
CHANNELS AND PROGRAMMING
We can replace or withdraw advertised programmes or content and blackout certain regions within the United Kingdom depending on the territory rights we hold to particular content. We may encrypt or unencrypt the channel at any time. We may offer you extra channel(s) as part of the service. If any increase in subscription payment would result from the additional channel(s) we will notify you in writing by letter or email at least 30 days before payment is due to be taken. By entering into a domestic subscription with Premier Sports you are agreeing not to copy, redistribute or relay the channel(s), sell, show in public or make any charge for watching the channel.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We only use the personal and transactional information (e.g name, address, email, bank details) you supply to us in order to fulfil your subscription order. If you opt-in to receive updates and offers during the subscription process they will only relate to Premier Sports.
RIGHT TO TRANSFER CONTRACT
You may not transfer your rights and obligations under this contract to anyone else. We can transfer some or all of our rights or obligations to another person, firm or company if this transfer does not affect the service in a negative way.

This contract is governed by the laws of The Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and only applies if your address is in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. If your address is in the United Kingdom any dispute can be dealt with by the courts in England and Wales.
